YOU ASK IT, WE’LL ANSWER IT.

When it comes to finding a program for your child, we want to make that process as smooth as possible. When you know the right questions to ask for your child’s day camp program, you are able to be more confident in your selections. We tried to add as many answers to questions about our camp that we could think of, however, if you are not seeing your question on this page, please feel free to contact us.

  • Our camps typically run for one week in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. You will need to enroll in each camp for the applicable week. (Monday-Friday). You will have the option to enroll your child in individual classes on individual days or individual classes for the entire week.

  • Our camps run daily Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm. Due to the nature of our camp as Enrichment Programs, we will not be offering any extended care. You will have the option to enroll your child in a morning half day program (9am- 12 noon), afternoon half day program (1pm - 4pm) or our full day program (9am - 4pm). We will have lunch daily from 12 noon to 12:45pm and the afternoon camp programs will begin at 1pm.

  • We have an open door policy and with that, please feel free to call us anytime with any questions, requests or concerns that you have. We all want the highest quality experience possible for your child and if a call or visit enhances this, then by all means, we want you to do so. If there are any concerns that we have, we also call you. We are not always readily available during our classes, but we can return all calls after 3:30pm. If you need to change your child’s pick up time or arrangements, we just ask that you send us a text message or email as early as possible. If another person will be regularly picking up your child, please let us know this at the beginning of the camp session.

  • Because safety is one of our top priorities, we require an adult at least 18 years of age to check in each camper daily. If you would like for your child to check themselves out at the end of the day, please indicate this on your child’s enrollment form. Please also check with the camp director to ensure that specific safety plans are put in place for your child.

  • We want all of our campers to feel safe and respected and feel comfortable using the bathroom facilities and pronouns that align with their Gender Identity. Due to some physical locations, we may not be able to have gender neutral bathrooms, but the camp director will work with campers and parents/guardians to determine a safe and comfortable bathroom option.

  • We will not store or administer any routine medication (prescription or over-the-counter) to any campers during the camp session. We request that any needed medication be given to your child(ren) prior to or after camp each day. If your child(ren) require any type of routine medication during the camp day, arrangements will need to be made with the parent/guardian of the child and the Camp Director in order for the parent/guardian to administer the necessary medication.

If there is a need for an emergency medication for any allergy needs, please indicate this information on the enrollment forms and special arrangements will be made to administer the necessary emergency medication. If a camper is susceptible to known allergic reactions and requires emergency medication, parents will need to provide the proper Colorado State required medication administration forms signed by a doctor along with the following:

Written authorization from the health care provider with prescriptive authorization

    Written authorization from the parent/guardian

The emergency medication in the originally labeled container and prescriptive label

If a child arrives at camp with an undisclosed medical condition which staff are not properly delegated to care for, Creative Breaks Enrichment Camp reserves the right to prohibit attendance.
